AnchorBuilt was selected by CNM to combine and convert existing classrooms into a production studio for the Media Arts Program at CNM. Construction of this unique space required attention to detail in order to meet and exceed professional quality acoustics and lighting called for in the design. This was an active building and construction took place with minimal impact to students and staff while adjacent classrooms were being utilized for daily classes.

The Town of Edgewood chose AnchorBuilt Inc. as General Contractor to construct two new buildings and site work improvements. Through thoughtful preplanning, AnchorBuilt effectively and efficiently managed health and safety during construction during the winter months in Edgewood, NM. The project of both buildings was completed on time and under budget.

APS selected AnchorBuilt Inc. as General Contractor to construct a new radio station classroom addition and site work improvements. Through thoughtful preplanning, AnchorBuilt effectively and efficiently managed health and safety during construction of a two-story building located on the corner of one of Albuquerque’s busiest intersections. The project management team worked with APS and KANW Administration to keep the radio station active at all times during construction.

Portable School Campus, Auto Body & Multi-Purpose Building

In May of 2009 AnchorBuilt constructed an entirely new portable school campus on Albuquerque’s west side. The project consisted of complete infrastructure of the 10 acre site, coordination of moving 27 portables from other school sites, interior renovations of portable classrooms and the creation of a kitchen, lunchroom and administrative offices. Improvements at this site also include a 3,000 SF Auto Body Shop , an 18,000 SF Multi-Purpose Building (permanent structures), a soccer field and associated site work.

The project was a complete demolition and renovation to the interior of the building. The AnchorBuilt team brought the newly renovated, sanitized rehab facility to life on time and on budget.

The City of Albuquerque chose AnchorBuilt to supply and install 39 linear feet of kitchen cabinets in the Fire Station 22. The construction for this project was an “On – Call/ JOC project”. The scheduled work allowed AnchorBuilt 40 days for completion. AnchorBuilt’s team and outstanding organization completed the project within 20 days and on budget.
